TRS80 Model 3 Key and Stem replacements?

I picked up my first ever Radio Shack/Tandy computer today but it's going to need a bit of work. The floppy drives are seized which I think I can fix. However, the computer has 2 missing/broken keys. What should I look for to find the missing keys and fix the broken key stems? Any suggestions?

One possibility is to buy an old Model III keyboard from ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/195378045163
I think this one would cover your missing parts.
After removing the needed parts you could even resell it on ebay or elsewhere for keeping your costs low and others can use it for spare parts too.
