Several eBay vendors offer these, but I'm not sure how those would work--but they're cheap!

But my mini-pro tl-866 supports flashing it. I've just got to be careful when jumper-ing the pins to my programmer to not fry anything. Otherwise the flashcat usb looks like a neat deal.
