Calling all South-Central US vintage computing enthusiasts! The Vintage Computer Festival Southwest 3.0 is coming up this August 4th and 5th in Arlington, Texas.

Gil Carrick of the Museum of Information Technology - Arlington has traditionally organized these events. This year the Museum of Computer Culture has joined him to help with coordination and promotion. UTA has been gracious enough to host us again at the Bluebonnet Ballroom on campus. We've got the whole ballroom, so we'll be setting up a speaker stage in addition to the exhibit hall.

We've had fantastic exhibits in the past from all sorts of collectors and hobbyists in the region, and we'd love to repeat that success. We're aiming to present an eclectic mix of functional hardware, retro development, and fun, quirky stuff. Check out some of the photos from VCF Southwest 2.0 last year.

It's gonna be a blast! We're currently seeking Exhibitors, Volunteers, and most importantly Attendees.

Check out the official Eventbrite page HERE!

We could really use your help to make this event a success. If you're in the area and have some sweet retro goodness you'd like to show off, PLEASE LET US KNOW!

Volunteers welcome too! For more info, please contact: vcf(at)computerculture.org

Whether or not you can make it, please help us spread the word! Thanks everyone! :)
