Very old GRI Boards... any use for them at all?

I was given these in a lot of stuff I picked up last year. They are marked GRI Computer Corp. 1969.

Obviously they're in pretty rough condition. Sorry for the dark pictures. I didn't realize they were this hard to see until looking at them on my PC. If someone wants more detailed pics, I can take better ones.

What did they most likely come out of? Are these boards useful to anyone? I'm trying to scale back my horde of vintage stuff that I can't use, so that I only have stuff around that can actually be used. As much as it pains me to get rid of nearly 50 year old computer components, if these aren't useful or worth anything they've got to go... they're huge and feel pretty brittle!

Based on the date, it is probably for the GRI-909; GRI didn't have much else in 1969. Looks like an IO card of some kind. Appendix B of the Reference Manual shows pictures of the small device cards and the ribbon cable that connects them.

Hopefully, you can wait some time before disposing of the set to give one of the few that have GRI systems a chance to figure out if a spare is needed.

Thanks for the info. If anyone knows of another member here with a GRI system like this, please let them know about this thread. I'd rather that this ends up with someone who can use it, even if its in rough shape.

Is there a better place to post about these to find someone who may be interested in them? Would the Minis and mainframes section apply?

One last bump. If anyone knows where I could find anyone that might have a use for these, let me know.

Any chance you still have these boards? I was just gifted a GRI-909 and would love to find spares and as many components as possible.

Gosh, I'm so sorry, I don't have it anymore. It was in very rough shape with lots of corrosion and some rust and I just didn't have the space for it. It ended up in a lot of boards I sold on eBay just recently.

If you want, I can attempt to contact the person I sold it to. He had very good communication and was interested in doing business in the future.
