VIC-20, screen "wipes" in, rainbow and white...video for a better explanation.
After picking up the two VIC-20s from Soupwizard, I decided to try and figure out what's wrong with the one with the "flakey video". So far I've noticed the problem in the video, and once I had no video at all but turning it off and back on again got the video back. It also seems that this "process" happens a lot faster once the system has been powered on for a few minutes then turned off and back on again.
After it's done with whatever it's doing, the system works fine, no problems. I haven't yet opened it up, however I'm suspecting I might have a bad capacitor somewhere due to the fact that it happens a lot faster after it's been warmed up.
I do want to point out that the diagonal lines are the TV itself, as this happens with everything connected and they don't appear when using the living room TV.
