Vintage computer help!?
Ok, so I own a 1983 Compaq Portable computer. This computer is beautiful (and only a true geek can appreciate that)! My problem i believe the entire motherboard has failed and what I would like to do is disconnect the motherboard and install my own. I've already tested using my own mother board and the built in display screen works fine with it. My real question is the keyboard. I would like to use the original keyboard. How can I do this? How is the keyboard connected? How can I connect it to a new motherboard? Etc; etc
