I recommend Digikey since they have a USPS shipping option that is sorta cheap for lightweight components like capacitors, though usually it works out to be $5 in parts and $5 in shipping. Unfortunately, I'm really bad at batching repairs so I do a lot of onesee-twosee orders.

How do you get the plastic shell off the CRT?

I think there is a plastic button cover the same color as the cabinet over a screw that holds the back cover in place. This is from memory. This is in the middle of the back of the monitor.
