On the lookout for an IBM PS/2 Graphics Adapter (feature #4050) (model 1887744) (VGA-ISA)
Take it these things must be pretty rare...

No telling what's in the box. If I'm about to lay down $300 I want to at least see the product.

I've seen a few loose ones go on eBay for $200. $300 is sadly a fair price for a NIB example.

The only way you're going to get one for cheap is if the seller doesn't know what they have. I picked one up like that for $30 a few years ago.

The price wouldn't be a deal breaker if you really wanted it, it's the fact that you're buying 'sight unseen'. I recently went though a 'new in the box' thing with a motherboard on Ebay, and it turned out to be a piece of do-do return. I was fortunate to get my money back.
