What AppleII Plus card is this?

Hi,

As explained in the Collections forum, I've just fallen owner to a collection of old Apple IIs and clones. Apples are somewhat of a mystery to me, and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the card is in this photo. I'm sure it's something an Apple II owner would recognise immediately.
