What do you use for a POST card on motherboards that don't even have PCI anymore?

I have POST cards for ISA, parallel port (for laptops mostly) and PCI but now I am running into motherboards that are too new to have any of those (just PCIE).

I use this, on a old PCI-e to Mini PCI-e wireless riser card... Already had the riser card, and felt was better to spend that money on something that could diagnose laptops as well. Works well enough, just a little hard to read in lower light conditions. Think I paid 30 on ebay for it, and riser cards are round 10-15.
