Title says it all.

For the longest time there was a company in california who was selling new in box tano dragons (clone of the coco) for a good price. They had bought them all out back in the day when dragon went under. I had been planning on buying one but now their website is down and has been down for some time. What happened? Did they go under like dragon?

here is a wayback image of their website before it disappeared. https://web.archive.org/web/20170220125131/http://cadigital.com/computer.htm

When I bought my two D64s a couple of years ago I asked how many they had left and they said only about 50 left. Given the rates that they were selling them at I reckon they just plain finally ran out so took the site down.

Ok guys I have an update.

Using the archive of the website I managed to dig up an email. I sent off an email asking if they were still in business and if they had any tano dragons left. This is what I got in reply.

Subject: Question regarding california digital

Hello

I hope that this email reaches someone. Is california digital still in business? I cannot access the website. Thankfully I was able to find your email. I sure hope you guys are still around because I was hoping to buy a tano dragon from you. Do you still have them in stock? If so what is the current price.

Thanks

Well that reply sure was poetry wasn't it. LOL
Oh well at least I have an answer. So much for getting an 8 bit for my collection at a cheap price.

Oh, wow! I ordered my Dragons just in time, in mid December of last year. I got two; one to play with, and one to stay sealed in its box.
