It says it is 386 to 486 DX4. Any idea who made it?

It looks a lot like the Topline adapter seen at http://ps-2.kev009.com/sandy55/Interposer/386_upgrade.html The Topline shown was for a 386SX but it was the upgrade that used a QFP chip on a board. Cyrix and Kingston had very different designs for their upgrade boards and Cyrix used Cyrix processors.

I don't know. Look at the pin arrangement on the bottom--4 rows of pins, not 3. Was there a socket variation that used the extra (inside row) of pins?
