I was lucky. When I was a kid in the early 80's my school district was one of the first in the country to have computers available for students to use -- and use them I did. :)

My grade school had three of them. An Apple II that had very glossy, almost olive-drab keys. The other two were Apple IIe's that I wasn't nearly as impressed with.

Doing a little bit of research, I've determined what i'm looking for (based on the keyboard type) is an original Apple II... not an Apple II+.

If you have one of these beauties, my inner child would like to make you a reasonable offer. :)
