XT CF Lite v4.1 and CF 4GB

Hi,
I'm trying to partition the CF with fdisk but it's impossible.
I'm using DOS 6.22. The XT CF Lite v4.1 BIOS is the one designed for this card in version R529. Download it from minuszerodegree.
The CF card is recognized in the XT IDE menu.
When I try to partition with fdisk, options 1 and 1 are very long and don't work.
I tested it with ROM R631, putting CF PIO 8, and it's the same.
I tested deleting partitions on Windows 10 with Aomei, or creating 512MB partitions, When I put CF cards on XT CF Lite,
I can format them with format c: /s and fdisk /MBR.
sys c: not work .

Is there a tool to create and format a FAT partition under Windows 10 with MBR DOS 6.22?

unless when flashing the xt cf lite bios there is an option that I forgot?

the card is configured for 300h and C800, it works very well with the older bios of xt cf lite, I kept it just in case to put it back if I can't do it and I also kept the old CF

Problem solved,
I cloned the 4GB CF card that worked, and it works with the latest version R629 of xt cf lite v4.1,
I don't know why no fdisk worked with versions, dos 3.3, dos 6.22 and freedos
