I bought this board from eBay 5-6 years ago but got distracted with other projects. It looks like a complete Z80 SBC with Z80, SIO, CTC, 2732 and 6116. It is Allen Bradley 636021. Does anyone know more about it before I power it up?

I haven't been able to find a manual for that specific board.

It is obviously a CPU card from one of their earlier range of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) - but which one?

The only thing Allen Bradley had in the late 1970's which was CP/M based was the Advisor
and Advisor+. We used one of these on each production line as the Operator Interface.
I don't remember how the Advisor's Internal boards looked.

Chuck(G)'s definition was from a floppy I sent. I'm sure he still has the 3.5" Floppy.
Code:
BEGIN ALL1 Allen-Bradley Advisor+ - DSDD 3.5" - 512 x 8
DENSITY MFM, LOW
CYLINDERS 80 SIDES 2 SECTORS 8,512
SIDE1 0 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
SIDE2 1 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
ORDER SIDES
BSH 4 BLM 15 EXM 0 DSM 318 DRM 127 AL0 0C0H AL1 0 SOFS 1
END

Unless there is external RAM and a disk controller - there is not enough RAM or a floppy controller on the card to support CP/M.

I would also hazard a guess that there are not enough pins on the edge connector to support external memory.

It is possible there is a daughter card for the board somewhere (I see 4 off spacers) but nowhere on-board to plug it.
