Z88 CP/M or other software available beside the onboard one?

I got a Z88 as present from a coworker, and started to look at it and found it very interesting. It is not my first slab-computer as I have a NC100 too, but I was curious about what can you do with it, beside what is on the onboard ROM.

Pipedream is a nice text/spreadsheet software but I was wondering if it could run CP/M, and use all that software existing for it. Is that possible? Or is the Z88 limited to be a "typing machine" for most part? Thanks

I have heard of it running CP/M, but can't recall where.

The only other OS that showed up when I went looking was linked to an emulator -

OZ is available - https://cambridgez88.jira.com/wiki/spaces/OZ/overview

There's some uncertain ports of CP/M to what I think is this emulator -

And I do recall previous discussion around this topic and forum posts elsewhere of people running CP/M on a z88, but I couldn't recall where I read them.

Thanks; looks like it could be possible to run CPM 2.2 but it is not clear to me how to translate from the emulator to the actual hardware :)

You probably need to swap the ROM, add more RAM and add some storage solution.

It does run BBC basic in stock mode AFAIK, but I haven't played with it for ages.
