Zonet ZPW4000 setup?

I've got the manual, not the CD for this wireless print server. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to make it up or even how to talk to it. It's got the IP address of 192.168.0.10 printed on the label. I've reset it, tried hardwired and wireless configurations and nothing. What's the trick? Anyone?
I use an old Linksys WPS54G print server and configuration was a breeze.

This thing seems to be identical to the Startech PM1115UW, right down to the instruction manual. In the Q&As it's mentioned that the thing won't work through a gateway--doesn't even ask for a gateway address. So, damn.
Got a decent deal on the Linksys WPS54G, which I know works.
