2D/OGL Video Card Selection

I'm building an NT system with a Voodoo 2 set for GLide acceleration however I'm on the fence on which card out of my stash to use.
Immediately digging through my stash I realize my Mach64 has gone missing and I ahve piles of cheap 2/4mb S3 junk but out of the best for the PCI bus I have is:

Option 1: - Matrox Mystique 220P 2mb (VGA and the Rainbow Runner daughtercard)
Option 2: - ATI 3D Rage LT PRO 8mb (VGA, TV out and DFP)
Option 3: - Intergraph Intense 3D Pro 16mb (texture memory, VGA, stereoscopic)

The system it goes into runs two PPro 166's with 128mb of ram.
Because I'm running NT I don't have access to DirectX so all I'm looking for is the best 2D/OpenGL performance I can get with 3D for the most port done by the 3DFX hardware. I threw the Intergraph in there as it is an affordable dream board. ;)

From what I researched so far:
-The Matrox has awesome 2D, weak 3D and no OpenGL support
-The 3D RAGE has good 3D, good openGL but questionable 2D
-S3 is a joke
-The Intergraph has incredible OpenGL performance, unknown 2D performance (outside OpenGL it uses a Cirrus Logic chipset with 512kb of memory) and possibly high power requirements.

S3 made quite a few chips, some were pretty decent in 2D, some were great windows accelerators (they mostly sucked for DOS gaming which you won't be doing on NT anyway).

The Matrox with Rainbow Runners is kind of cool if you ever need to capture video.

I would probably use the Intergraph because it is a cool card.
 
Bit the bullet and bought another Intergraph card with chip damage.

It worked after carefully bending back some pins.
The thing now is that while the card is obviously keyed for the 5V PCI bus,the installation guide states that it needs 3.3v which my Supermicro P6DNF can't normally supply unless you have a non-standard PSU which I don't have.
The installation notes say that the card is a PCI 2.0 compliant device, will it hurt installing the card in the system?
 
I like the Matrox board for general 2D. You got the 3dfx for OpenGL duty. I'm surprised that a Pentium Pro motherboard wouldn't supply 3.3v via a VRM on the board.
