Mid Atlantic Anyone have a copy of Apple's "AppleTalk Phase 2 Protocol Specification" (C0144LL/A)?

See title. This was available thru APDA as part number C0144LL/A for a small sum of money, but doesn't seem to have been archived. It covers nitty gritty AppleTalk networking details that aren't covered in "Inside AppleTalk" and is considered an addendum to that book. Apple's APDA listing says that IA 2nd Edition incorporates all the information, while old usenet posts say there is stuff missing and only found in that document.

Figured I'd expand my net and see if anyone here has it laying around. Someone posted it for sale here back in 2009, but not much mention of this on the internet otherwise. Maybe @Al Kossow knows someone that has it laying around in their "stacks"?

Does "Inside Appletalk" 2nd Edition not cover the information?
 
AURP is something completely separate. The document I'm looking for was released as a supplement to the 1st Edition of Inside AppleTalk. Most of it landed up in the 2nd Edition of that book, but not all of it did for some reason. Just about every document covering AppleTalk networking has both Inside AppleTalk and the separate Phase 2 Protocol Specification in its bibliography, which points to the latter containing additional information.
