I had a copy of that.. I think it was for the C64. Was it released to Apple II? It may have been for that platform but I cant remember.

The Apple II was its original platform, actually. It then came out for PC, then Commodore 64, and finally a very late port to the Atari 8-bits after Antic magazine instigated a write-in campaign.
