Leading Edge Model D / D2 / D3 Reset Button

The odds are not in my favor, but somebody may have some broken leading edge computers that they are keeping for spares somewhere. I am looking for the small white plastic reset button switch cover and spring for the D series of computers. I picked up a broken D2 that I'm repurposing but it's missing this piece.
 
I have one that got smashed in shipping years ago, I'll check and see if the button is still intact.

EDIT: Found it, button's badly broken.
