Geocities does not allow the remote host

I hate Geocities for just that reason.

I'm not sure why, but the Yahoo Groups pictures come up fine for me.

For the good of the gallery  here's another Danish built CP/M computer: The James. And it works too  ...

For the record I should mention that this beauty (though dirty) was built in my birth-town... :p

(Oh, and don't mind the christmas wrapping project evident in the background)

Isn't Yahoo one of those sorts of sites where
it depends on the browser you're using. Hence
works best in ...

CP/M User.

I have been lucky a couple of times on ebay, getting two vic 20's through it, when noone else had bid on them, so I got them for a good price.

There are a fair amount of vic 20's that come up on ebay.

One recently was described (and sure looked like it), as being in mint condition and looked like it had little or no use.

Good luck!

I think another good thing to do, is post on a local for sale newsgroup.

I belong to a local freenet, and I have posted on the ottawa computer for sale newsgroup, about wanting to buy commodore stuff, with excellent results. Lots of people have things like vic 20's hanging around in attics, or in basements, and have no idea that people would actually want to buy these things. And you get to check out the hardware before buying, and no shipping costs!

Thnx!!

But mentioning the footwear means I almost feel obliged to supply a screenshot of it's welcome-screen:

For the non-Danish speaking, the line underneath the James-logo reads:

"Insert disk in drive A, where the red light is flashing . . ."

From top to bottom: Daewoo CPC-51W, CPC-61W, CPG-120.
These are basicly MSX computers, but designed as gaming consoles. You can attach a keyboard if you want :)
