the card emulated as C and D, D is a SRAM disk, so the card include a 3.6V battery, maybe the battery is OOS, so the previous owner just replaced the battery not according the operating manual, so the config lost, can someone share me the software include file "PDFDISK.COM" then can re-config the card, thank you.

PROMDISK IV Card in abnormal working condition

Welcome to the forum @testpoint . I've seen a number of these SRAM disks for ISA, but I don't have the software for it.

Hi, I bought a batch of PROMDISK IV cards on EBAY back in 2016 and spent way too much time learning how to configure them. Here is a link to a zip file containing the information related to my adventures back then, including programming software. These cards are nice if you are working on bare ISA motherboards and just want to quickly get to a DOS prompt. Have fun!
thank you so much, actually the card has a compete user guide to config it, I just find it in a instrument "RDL NTS1000A" phase noise analyzer.
the card has 8 DIP socket, the No.8 you can use SRAM chip (also can use flash EPROM), the others just like a SSD, this is the earliest SSD.
