Stalker - a Soviet Roguelike game from 1980s

This game was inspired by the same book (Roadside Picnic) as the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. Runs under RT-11.

Gameplay is appropriately deadly and user-unfriendly (only 6 items in the inventory, no identify, all scrolls, potions and wands are random, and so on).

The title is of course perfect. (Having actually sat through the entire movie, which is fascinating, but definitely an acquired taste.)

Here is another popular soviet game for PDP-11 clone. Required b/w graphic adapter (КГД) with 16KB of RAM - not sure if this was a clone or original hardware design.

Aside from the player being able to shoot, that looks very much like a Lode Runner clone. Nifty.
