Ultrascience/ Gibbs Laboratories port of Microware OS-9 68K

I've just read where Microware's OS-9 was ported to the Mac!

Ultrascience/Dr Gibbs did a lot of 68K stuff but I never heard of that. I mostly know them from their Alpha Micro clones, though, which were also 68K based.

I looked around a bit and found references to "OS-9/68000", a version that ran on m68k, but it looks like it was an obscure version by some German company and not widely released.

Yes, in the early 1990s even Dr. Keil in West-Germany sold this, or tried to sell this. But I never seen any copy so I think it wasn't a real success.

They offered this OS-9 mainly for the Mac LCs, SE and SE/30.

Does anyone have a copy?

If you're interested in running OS-9/68k on a cheap machine get an Atari ST. The OS-9 port from Cumana is available in the web. Or get a VMEbus machine best with a Motorola MVME CPU, i.e. MVME147 with 68030, MVME167 with 68040 or MVME177 with 68060. This is my solution
