The man who designed and built these things is not selling and has dropped off the radar. He published his schematics on https://conventionalmemories.com/wiki_cm/3inONEder_for_Toshiba_portables
So I was hoping someone could make one for me so I can use one on a Toshiba T1200. I of course will pay for this and we can negotiate a fair price. If you’re interested please pm me. Thank you.

You say he "dropped off the radar", have you tried emailing him?

The schematics posted are just the circuit schematics, they're really not useful, except for showing the circuit operation. You need the board layout files and the parts descriptions if you want to make your own board. Without those files, you'll have to essentially start from scratch and lay out an entirely new board from scratch. Without the careful measurements that were taken to make the original, that will be a significant effort. Whoever does it will need to have the actual machine in hand to do it.

Yes I have emailed me he never got back to me

That's unfortunate, because without the gerbers, you're going to have to hire someone to lay out an entirely new board.

You may try to do a bit of internet sleuthing on him, maybe you'll find another contact method.
