For some of you who are looking for a complete set of "images" of original diskettes of Radioshack /Digital Research CPM PLus 3.0.
I have recently made copies and zipped them up with diskettes images to the following link, feel free to download it they should be in DSK and HFE format (for people with gotek).
If you wished you had floppy hardware copies of them and unable to make your own from DSK or HFE files, leave me a PM and I'll see what I can Muster up fro you.

That's great news,

sadly I've only a none gate M4p and read that I have to replace a pal/gal chip to make use of the second 64k bank. Sadly that chip isn't available anymore.
I have the ram laying on my table now hoping to get a gate version of the mainboard once.

Shouldn't be a problem to get your hands on the new PAL/GAL. Do you know anyone with a programmer?

Thanks shirsch -
As far as I know fritzeflink's question was based on a misconception about the PAL/GAL he read about for the desktop non gate array Model 4.
His computer is a Model 4p. We two talked about it yesterday and came to the conclusion that a PAL/GAL change isn't necessary for the Model 4p.
Only one jumper has to be moved for accessing the full 128kB of upgraded memory.

Thanks for putting together the zip file with all three formats, nice.

Few CP/M Plus fun trivias I read (and hopefully someone can confirm/correct them):

M2 CP/M Plus v1.0 $249 was released soon after its planned date 10/30/1983. M2 CP/M Plus v1.1 $249 was released in early 1984.

M4 CP/M Plus v1.0 $149.95 was delayed till early 1984 but was originally planned for release on 10/30/1983 with original price $199. So, may be the bugs were fixed in time for the M4 v1.0 1984 actual release.

DRI licensed CP/M Plus to Tandy but DRI did not develop the BIOSs internally. DRI actually contracted Veritas Technology, Inc to create the CP/M Plus BIOSs for the Model 12 (II/12/16) and Model 4 (4/4P).
